Step 1:

Initial Enquiry

The first step is easy! All you have to do is contact us either through our website, on EMAIL, or on 0117 950 6655 or 07973 248210. After this Mike will contact you Via phone and arrange an on-site assessment.

Step 2:

Site Visit

Mike will come and walk the site and find out about your need and answer any questions that you may have. Mike will recommend the frequency we should visit and will asess and accurate quote.

Step 3:

Quote

We will get your accurate quotation sent as soon as possible after the meeting and will include our T&Cs, Health & Safety Policy, CHAS accreditation certificate, insurance documentation and waste licence. You can accept or reject this quote online.

Step 4:

Follow up

Once you have either accepted or rejected the quote Mike will give you a call. If you have accepted we will arrange a start date and we will send risk assessments prior to the commencement of your contract.

Step 5:

Our Setup

We will put the information into our systems making sure your needs are clear for our staff to see when they arrive. The staff will be briefed. Our staff will come to you on the agreed-upon date.

Step 6:

Our Services

When our staff come they will take photos of their work and they will note extra problems to be aware of. This goes into our monthly invoices to you with the dates noted. If you have any questions then you can contact us at any point.
